All of The Kooky Cake Company cakes are made to order using the freshest ingredients available. I use local free range eggs and Fairtrade ingredients. I also use quality produce such as real vanilla extract and 70% cocoa.
All of our cakes cakes are flavoured with natural flavours where possible (real lemons, oranges, peanut butter). All of the cakes are made in exactly the same day and are baked to order. Wedding cakes and trade cakes are made using the same recipes and ingredients.
None of The Kooky Cake Company products contain preservatives or additives.
